Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ach Direct Debit account and select the order you wish to return to receive a printable return authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
